Patrick founded Hozho Academy Classical Academy, a New Mexico State Charter School serving over 850 Native and Indigenous students, with hundreds on a waitlist.

As a partner at Mason & Isaacson, P.A. in Gallup since 2007, Patrick handles high-stakes defense and insurance litigation, business law, tribal law, and Federal Indian law. He represents clients like the Navajo Nation, Southern Ute Indian Tribe, State of New Mexico, Diocese of Gallup, Missionaries of Charity, Little Sisters of the Poor, Chevron Corp., Bank of Colorado, and Zurich.

From 2017 to 2024, Patrick served as Supreme Secretary and Board member for the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal organization with 2 million members and $30 billion in assets.
